In a few words
We would like to share our place with you, we are enjoying the time we are here now. The clouds that hang lower in the sky than where we live, the way the sun and moon rise and set. The leaves that change color in the autumn, the amount of different mushrooms, the water that we hear constantly in the background during the day. And then think of the starry sky at night and of course… the Northern Lights!
We are in the position to offer you a wonderful accommodation in what we think, a really beautiful environment where peace reigns. We are in an area where there is dry and pure air. Every season here is beautiful and has its individuality. In summer you can enjoy everything that grows and blooms here. We are in an area with beautiful outdoor experiences, also for families. Go out prepared, the cold nights of -15°C are not rare here. In October it is already -7°C during the nights. A variety of winter sports activities can be enjoyed nearby. Look here for more info!
And how about, after a day of winter sports, being able to relax in coming up our outdoor sauna with wonderful view over the valley?
What we can also imagine is that the accommodation and the environment may be needed just to calm down and relax for A place for reflection or to gain new inspiration for what you are going to do in your life.
Accommodation
So, there is a second house on the property near our house, which we rent out for guests. Here you can see some pictures of it. This house is suitable for 1 to 7 people.
If you come with you and your partner, the ground floor is a great place to stay with a double bedroom. The new bathroom has a toilet, shower and washing machine. The kitchen is the heart of the house with a nice view when you are cooking. With the wood stove on, it is a wonderful space that also heats the living room. In the summer you can enjoy breakfast on the balcony and enjoy the beautiful mountain view.
The upper floor consists of 2 spacious rooms, 1 with a double bed. In this room there is also a smaller room for a child. The other spacious room has 2 single beds.
The nearest supermarket is less than a 10-minute uphill drive from the accommodation and is also a starting point for various outdoor activities. The nearest town is a 13-minute downhill drive; Ringebu. There you will find several supermarkets and food and beverage outlets.
